Today I am sharing with you "Five Things I Did to Lose Weight". It's important to remember that everyone's fitness journey is different. There is no one size fits all blueprint for weight loss. The steps I took to achieve success may not work for you, but don't let that discourage you. It's important to figure out what works best for you, based on your body needs.
Do you know your body type?
There are three body types:
Lean muscle mass
Finds it difficult to gain weight or muscle
Celebrity body -Zoe Saldana
Well defined muscles
Rectangular shaped body
Gains muscles easily
Gains fat easily too
Celebrity body - Halle Berry
Soft round body
Below average height
Finds it difficult to gain muscle or lose fat
Celebrity body - Jennifer Lopez
Understanding your body type is a good place to start when embarking on a fitness journey. It will provide insights into what types of exercise and food will best suit your body type. More importantly remember to listen to your body, move daily and never give up!
